You will be given priority if you are economically active and have a total household income of less than £39,000 per year. You shouldn’t be in receipt of any housing benefits.
Live in a Council or Housing Association home
Priority will be given if you are an existing Council or HA tenants. This will be based on the time you have been in your current home.
Meet certain ownership requirements
You will be given priority if you are not in a position to currently own a property. The property you intend to rent should be your only home.
